Be You. Simple yet Why?

I just want to lay out why it makes no sense to care what people think. People's perception of you is based on conversations you've never heard while the reason you are who you are is based on experiences they've never seen. Surrendering control by being yourself sets you free and prevents you from wasting your time worrying when you could spend this moment getting better at something.

Everyday is an adventure if you allow it to be.

But when you have to second guess every next step as if life were some giant contorted board game is it really fun anyways?

Be yourself is way too simple and cliche to write about. But sometimes things are cliche because they have a little bit of truth in them.

What I am sharing may be simple but I bet you if you thought of these words more you'd see a dramatic change.

Please share your thoughts on my Instagram as I appreciate the feedback.

What is good / bad about this post? What needs to be added to this post? Is there a topic you would like me to write about?

I wrote this for me

I miss allowing myself to be real on a piece of paper. Everything had to be a blog, an essay, or a post. Is that why I’m so distressed?...
